No. You can use just the Compliance Tool and carry out implementation entirely yourselves. The preconfigured obligations, controls, templates, tasks and checks help you get started.
We agree which activities your team handles and which we take on. Focused support starts at 4 hours per week at a rate from €120 per hour, averaging €2,080 per month (52 weeks ÷ 12 months), excluding VAT and the software licence. More standards, a shorter timeframe or more delivery by us may require greater monthly involvement.
Implementation support is temporary and focused on establishing a standard or obligation and making it work. With ongoing support, we act as your compliance department, helping with recurring tasks, changes, risks, improvements, reporting and audit preparation. This support starts from €120 per hour.
You provide organisational knowledge and information, carry out agreed actions and make decisions about policies, risks and resources. DCA can support analysis, planning, configuration and audit preparation, or take on agreed implementation work. For each work package, record who carries out the work and who reviews it. Yes. We regularly review what your team can handle and where our involvement adds most value. Support can therefore increase or decrease during the project.

No. An independent certification body carries out the certification audit and decides whether to issue the certificate. Request a separate quotation for this. DCA supports preparation, the internal audit and follow-up as agreed.
