Our story
Starting small. Growing together.
De Compliance Afdeling began at Maarten's dining table in 2021. A compliance officer and a programmer worked together on one idea: making compliance easier to understand and put into practice. Those small beginnings grew into a committed team of compliance officers, developers and commercial colleagues.
That early enthusiasm remains. We bring a straightforward Rotterdam approach: clear communication, taking responsibility and getting things done. Our backgrounds, expertise and ways of thinking differ. That is how we complement one another and consider challenges from different angles.
