FAQ

Clarity before we begin.

During a first conversation we determine the question, desired role, commitment and best form of cooperation.

Plan an introduction →
Can I hire a compliance professional for a few hours a week?+

Yes. Our professionals can be used interim, on a project basis or for a fixed number of hours per week or month. The necessary role and availability will be tailored to your situation.

Can you answer one single compliance or legal question?+

Yes. Ad hoc advice is precisely for defined questions where you quickly need an expert assessment and practical action advice.

What does full outsourcing mean?+

We set up the program, organise the implementation, monitor actions and changes and report on progress and risks. The organisation has formal administrative responsibility and remains involved in important decisions.

Do I need the Compliance? Using a tool in consultancy?+

No, but in structural services we usually advise one central environment. This prevents fragmentation and makes the implementation and results demonstrable.

Can different specialists be combined?+

Yes. For example, you can combine a privacy officer with an information security officer, legal counsel or Wwft specialist. In the case of outsourcing, we put together a team that fits the organisation's obligations and risks.

Not sure what you need?
