Standard parts, evidence, owners and improvement measures are already centrally available to users of the Compliance Tool. This allows us to carry out the audit and follow-up more efficiently. For organisations without the platform more time is needed for separate documentation and reporting.

During the intake we make explicit what falls into the license, implementation, audit and structural support.

Is implementation guidance mandatory?+

No. You can use the Compliance Tool and complete the implementation yourself. The pre-defined obligations, measures, templates, tasks and controls will help you get started.

What does implementation guidance mean from €960 per month?+

We agree on what work your team does and what work we take on. Targeted guidance starts at €960 per month. More standards, a shorter lead time or more execution by us may require a higher monthly fee.

What is the difference between implementation guidance and Compliance as a Service?+

Implementation guidance is temporary and aimed at setting up and getting a standard or obligation working. With Compliance as a Service, we then provide structural support for recurring tasks, changes, risks, improvements, reporting and preparation for new audits. Compliance as a Service costs from €120 per hour.

Why is an internal audit cheaper for software customers?+

In the Compliance Tool standard parts, evidence, measures and owners are already available in a structured format. This will allow for immediate identification of findings and improvement actions and reduce the need for additional reporting.

Are external certification costs included?+

No. A certification audit is carried out by an independent certifying body. We can support preparation, the internal audit and follow-up.
